- What this is. DRAFT: A wiki of your mail, sampled across the years. Blue links exist; red links can be created; Edit and History work like Wikipedia. Chat (right side) answers from mail + pages.
- Chat allowance. DRAFT: Starter includes 30 questions a month. The archive plan includes 100. When the month is used up, chat waits until next month. There is no extra charge. DRAFT: Creating a page from a red link draws on the same monthly model cap, not on the question count.
- What we read. DRAFT: Up to 100 messages per calendar year, 2,000 messages in total, human mail first, from your Google Takeout export (received and sent, not spam/trash). Newsletters: subject/date only. Invoices: facts + a link back to Gmail, not the PDF. Before you choose the Takeout file, you can list work addresses or a workplace to skip; those messages are not saved. We ask Google only for the export file you pick, not for live Gmail.
- What Google’s model is sent. After we strip cards / IDs / phone numbers / passwords, Google’s model is sent those cleaned message bodies to name people and topics, and again (the matching ones) when you use Chat. It is not used to train a model. Google still has to read the text to answer — the model, not a person at Google sitting in your inbox.
- What we don’t. Attachments, send or delete in Gmail, ads, a shared model trained on your mail. Nobody at wikime opens your wiki.
- Google’s warning. If Google says the app isn’t verified, that is expected in this test. Click Advanced, then Go to wikime (unsafe) if you see it. We are not asking to read live Gmail.
- First three taps. Open Home → click a blue name → ask Chat one thing you remember (“what was I waiting on last week?”).
- Graph. Year chips or From/To dates show who and what showed up in that mail. DRAFT: This wiki samples the whole mailbox (up to 100 messages a year, 2,000 in total), so a quiet year can be thin.
- On this day. Left of the article, below the Contents list — not part of the page. A short note about something that happened on this calendar date in your mail. Recurring yearly noise is skipped. Dates with no mail in this wiki stay empty.
- Mail links. “Open in Gmail” needs that same account signed in in the browser.
- Coming back. Same address, same Google account. Sign-in does not re-read mail. A new Takeout is how you refresh.
- Leave. Delete my wiki, then Google Account → Security → Third-party access → wikime → Remove.
- DRAFT: We keep a billing record after you delete the wiki: which wiki, which job, which model, the token counts, and the dollar amount. That record has no mail text.
Hosted means a second copy of lean, redacted mail plus wiki pages. PDFs stay in Gmail. No ads. Google’s model is sent cleaned bodies to run (not to train). Delete my wiki wipes this copy.
